Career Pathways

The SEMCA Workforce Intelligence Network (WIN) One Workforce Industry Infinity team has developed career pathways tailored to specific high-demand occupations, emphasizing short-term training credentials in Cybersecurity, Transportation, and Advanced Manufacturing. Data was pulled in 2023 to create these pathways which serve as valuable resources for workforce planning, career counseling, and program development.
The creation of an Industry Infinity Supply Chain training model involves incorporating a diverse array of credentials, microcredentials, and customized training programs.
This approach enables both pre- and post-hires to obtain skills and education, paving the way toward earning a degree or a promotion. For those seeking a registered apprenticeship program, information is available at miapprenticeship.org.
