A MESSAGE FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In 2025, the Workforce Intelligence Network (WIN) engaged over 2,039 employers and stakeholders in employer-led collaboratives and apprenticeship programs and continued to expand its role as a trusted leader in workforce research, employer engagement, and talent development across Southeast Michigan.

The WIN workforce collaborative, comprised of nine colleges and seven Michigan Works! agencies served over 12,500 individuals in 2025. Strategic partnerships, data-driven insights, and innovative programs have empowered businesses, educators, and job seekers.

Since 2011, WIN has secured over $299 million in direct and indirect grant funding to drive workforce innovation across Southeast Michigan. By engaging over 600 employers in apprenticeship programs, WIN has fostered partnerships and developed solutions to address workforce development challenges. Additionally, with 911 regional research studies and data pulls in 2025, WIN continues to provide actionable, real-time labor market intelligence, empowering employers and job seekers to make informed decisions.
It is my honor and privilege to share the detailed achievements of the past year and the vision for continued growth and impact in 2026. It is with sincere gratitude that I thank our partners, funders, and stakeholders who make this important work possible.
